The
Australian Institute of Applied Sciences welcomes applications
from students who are either interesting in studying in their
home country by distance education, or who wish to come to
Australia to study and enjoy our way of life.
In
order to study in Australia on campus, overseas students will
need to seek advice from suitably qualified Migration Agents
regarding the issuance of Student Visas.
Students
wishing to study any of the Institute’s courses should
contact Administration for assistance in gaining a Student
Visa. The Institute will assist you with all of the necessary
paperwork to lodge for entry into Australia through the Overseas
Student Office of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship
(DIAC) at the Australian Embassy in your country.
To
apply for a student visa you will need to:
1.
Complete the Student Application form included in your information
pack, or available on the enrolment section of our website
www.aias.com.au
2.
Post to: Australian Institute of Applied Sciences, PO Box
124, Stones Corner, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia 4120 or
Fax to: +61 7 3397 6511 or Email to: admin@aias.com.au
3.
You can also apply in person at the Institute at 11 Beata
Street, Stones Corner, Brisbane, Queensland.
4.
Once all of your forms have been received we will issue an
Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (ECoE), that needs to
be lodged through the Overseas Student Office of the Department
of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) at the Australian Embassy
in your country. A Student Visa will allow you to study at
the Institute in Australia for the length of your chosen course.
